Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment and participation in The Liberation Leadership Lab™ (“Program”), offered by The Arc of Change LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read carefully before registering. By completing your enrollment and submitting payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

The Liberation Leadership Lab™ is a live, cohort-based leadership training program delivered online over a set schedule. It includes live group sessions, interactive exercises, community discussions, and digital resources. Participation requires your presence and engagement during the scheduled dates.

2. Program Access

• Your enrollment is confirmed once you receive a welcome email after registration and payment.
• Access to program materials will be provided approximately 1–2 weeks before the program start date.
• Access includes: live sessions, program workbook/materials (once distributed), and participation in designated online community spaces.
• Access is limited to the registered participant and is non-transferable.
• The Liberation Leadership Lab™ is a live, community-based program. To ensure each cohort is a supportive fit, all participants complete a short enrollment survey. In rare cases, if the program isn’t the right match, we may redirect or refund your enrollment before the program begins, and provide next-step resources.

3. Program Fees & Payment

• Program fees must be paid in full or according to an approved payment plan before the program begins.
• If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or removal from the program.

4. Refund Policy

Because The Liberation Leadership Lab™ is a live, time-bound program with limited seats, your enrollment represents a commitment both to yourself and to the learning community.

• Refunds are available up to 30 days before the program start date. If you withdraw 30+ days before, you may request a refund, minus a processing/admin fee (if applicable).
• Once program materials have been distributed (≈7-14 days before start), all fees are non-refundable.
• Exceptions may apply if required by law, under extraordinary circumstances, force majeure, or at our discretion.

5. Program Commitments & Participation

• You are expected to attend live sessions, engage respectfully, and uphold community agreements.
• We reserve the right to remove participants for disruptive or harmful conduct, including harassment, confidentiality breaches, or repeated absence, without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

• All materials (workbooks, slides, frameworks, exercises, recordings) remain the intellectual property of The Arc of Change LLC.
• You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal learning only.
• You may not copy, share, or repurpose the materials for commercial use or future trainings without written consent.
• With permission, content you share during the program (examples, stories, frameworks) may be referenced as teaching models in future trainings.
• By sharing content, you confirm you own the rights and agree not to expose us to third-party claims related to its use.

7. Confidentiality

The program often involves personal storytelling and leadership challenges. To protect integrity:

• You agree to respect the confidentiality of what others share.
• You may not record, publish, or distribute program content without permission.
• We will protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. We do not share any of your personal information.

8. Recordings & Program Storytelling

• Portions of the program may be recorded for training quality or internal use.
• Recordings are for internal learning and will only be shared with participants in this program. We will not share recordings publicly without your consent.
• If you provide a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it for outreach and program storytelling.

9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

We value feedback and are committed to resolving concerns promptly. Please contact us at [email protected].

• We will acknowledge inquiries within 5 business days and work toward resolution.
• If unresolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation before legal action.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The program provides leadership training and developmental tools but does not guarantee specific results.
• Your progress depends on your participation, choices, action, and circumstances.
• This program is leadership coaching, not therapy. Seek licensed professionals for clinical needs.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to participation.

11. Termination

We may terminate enrollment immediately if you:

• Fail to pay program fees,
• Infringe intellectual property,
• Breach confidentiality,
• Engage in harmful or disruptive conduct, or
• Violate these Terms.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Prohibited Use

You may not enroll in the Program to copy, compete with, or commercially exploit our content, nor engage in unlawful/disruptive use of materials.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, modifications, or interruptions caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, illness, internet outages, government restrictions). We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the Program in alternative format or reschedule sessions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Any disputes will be handled in its courts.

15. Agreement

By completing registration and payment, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood these Terms,
• Agree to participate in good faith,
• Accept responsibility for your role in the learning journey, and
• Understand that these Terms become binding when you agree electronically (e.g., clicking “I agree”) or by purchasing/commencing the Program.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding participation and supersede prior discussions or understandings.
